Join us at beautiful Sturgis Park in Snow Hill, Maryland, for a day dedicated to the fiber arts. Explore unique handmade crafts, watch live artisan demonstrations, and enjoy delicious local food. It’s the perfect family-friendly day out on the Eastern Shore!

Fiber Fest Vendor Form

Application for Vendor / Demonstration / Class Space


Please submit this form by August 31, 2026


Festival Date: Saturday,  September 26, 2026 (weather permitting)

Hours: 10 a.m.– 4 p.m.


Booth Size: 10’ × 10’


Pavilion Vendor Fee: $15  

Grounds Vendor: Free  

Demonstrator: Free


Event Location & Set Up Details:


Fiber Fest will be held in and around the pavilion at Sturgis Park, Snow Hill. 


Electricity is available under the pavilion. 


This is a rain or shine event (weather permitting).


Pavilion vendor spaces are limited and require vendor provided table and chair.


Grounds vendor spaces are free and require vendorprovided canopy, table, and chair.


Demonstrations and classes will take place inside the pavilion.


Tables and chairs are available for demonstrators and teachers. 


Setup begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed by 9:30 a.m.


Accessible parking is available near the pavilion.

I would like a spot under the pavilion. I understand the fee is $15.00

Food & Beverage Vendors

Worcester County enforces strict health regulations for food and beverage sales. Please contact the County Health Department, Temporary Vending 

permits section at 410-641-9559  before submitting your application.

Food inspectors attend festivals to ensure compliance and may shut down vendors without permits or proper sanitation.
